Thank you for your purchase from Lysa & Liva!

We hope you are happy with your order.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days after receipt.

RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receipt without stating any reason.

Please note that the package must be sent back to us within these 30 days, not just registered.

 


 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Products must be in unused and unwashed condition, suitable for resale.

  • All tags and labels must still be attached to the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No direct exchanges: Want to exchange an item? Return your order for a refund or choose a gift card with extra value.

 

 


 

 

REFUND OPTIONS

1. Refund via gift card (+15% extra!)

Choose a digital gift card and receive 15% extra value on top of the return amount.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive the gift card by email within 2–3 business days.

The gift card is valid for 12 months.


2. Refund to the original payment method

Would you prefer the amount to be refunded to your original payment method?

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 10 business days.

After that, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been completed.

 


 

 

DID YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Please contact us immediately.

We will review the case and find a suitable solution.

 


 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are excluded from returns:

 

  • Underwear (including socks)

  • Perfumes without an unbroken plastic seal

  • Items that are used or damaged without first notifying our customer service – such returns will be rejected and the items will be destroyed

 

 


 

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns are paid for by the customer, and the cost depends on the country and carrier used.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on return shipments – these are the customer’s responsibility.

Always keep proof of shipment and your tracking number.

We cannot take responsibility for lost returns without valid tracking proof.

 


 

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once you register your return, we immediately begin handling your request.

After the return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.

You can track the shipment using the tracking information.

You will be notified once the refund or gift card is completed.


Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the money to appear in your account.
